Cancellation policy
Except in case of emergencies, at least seven full days notice is required to postpone or cancel a lesson.
If seven days notice is given, I will attempt to make up the lesson another time. In exceptional cases only, a student may be refunded the cost of a missed lesson if payment was taken in advance and adequate notice was given.
In case of emergencies or serious illness, notice on the day to cancel is just fine. The student will not be charged for the missed lesson in these circumstances. I kindly request that you inform me before 12pm in these cases if possible.
Non-emergency make-up lessons will be limited to four per year. Beyond this, students will be charged for any missed lessons and will not be eligible for make-ups.
If a student cancels an unreasonable amount of lessons for any reason. For example, one per month or more, they may forfeit their time slot and be charged the full price for any missed lessons.

Return from summer holiday, Week commencing Sat 15 August 2026
October Holiday: Mon 12 October - Sun 18 October (no lesson).
Christmas Holiday: Mon 21 Dec - Sun 5 Jan. Lessons Resume Mon 4 Jan, 2027.
Spring Break: Sat 1 April - Fri 16 April. Lessons Resume Sat 17 April.
Summer Holiday: From 5 July 2027
